Our cleaner is entirely made of welded and galvanized steel to avoid the rapid wear of the metal parts. The motor is mounted on special slides to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the belts. The motion is transmitted to the control shaft by means of pulleys and trapezoidal belts. The cleaner is completely shielded so as to avoid the slightest dust spill and any kind of accident. The control shaft and the fan shaft are mounted on sturdy supports with dust-tight oscillating ball bearings. The frame is made of galvanized galvanized steel sheet with high robustness to absorb any residual vibration. Composed of an oscillating box equipped with two sifting frames. The box is connected to the frame and to the control shaft by means of bending rods in harmonic steel for springs. The two sieves are mounted on steel frames and complete with rubber balls for cleaning. The chassis can be easily and quickly replaced. What characterizes our cleaner is the wide width of the ridges and the intense vibration of the sieves that together favor a high production with a minimum expenditure of electricity. All these features make our cleaner exploits 1.1 KW of power, motorized both single-phase and three-phase, and produces about 200 kg/h of clean product for grinding. The cleaner is equipped to facilitate the connection between the outlet nozzle of the clean product and a possible fork in cups or screw. The MP-10 cleaner can be equipped with a separate fan, complete with a filter for settling dust and light bodies.
