The Partisani chestnut milling plant consists of a separate turbulence grinding chamber where the product is aspirated only when it has reached the desired degree of fineness.
This system avoids traditional mechanical sieving where chestnut flour, due to its agglomerating characteristics, tends to fill the holes of the sieves.
