Pneumatic System

Our three Pneumatic System models are composed of Aspiration Fan, separation cyclone and and Star Valve and are mainly used to transport dusty material for example flour or any kind of light material. By using a Pneumatic System, several problems can be avoided, first of all this is a transportation system that does not wear along the time, does not leave any particle of product along the tubes and the grinding chamber(to which it is connected) is always clean. This is a big advantage when you have to change the product to be transported and most of all the flours are kept fresh and no dust is spread in the atmosphere.
The Fan is built in sheet carbon steel painted, with fix blades rotor perfectly balanced to eliminate any kind of vibration , complete of electric motor.
The fan is fixed to the cyclone through a swivel flange in order to give the best direction to the outlet with no need to dismount the fan itself.
The separation Cyclone is made in sheet carbon steel painted with paint made for alimentary use.
The Star Valve is made in iron casting with paint made for alimentary use, complete of eletric geared motor.
