SEMOLINA PURIFIER

Our semolina purifier, specially designed to work with stone milling plants, is the ideal completion of the sieving lines with Centrifugal Sifter. Picking the semolina sifted by the sifters, you can get refined semolina and flour but grinded with a stone mill.
The whole structure is entirely made of welded steel and it is furnace painted with non-toxic and food approved paints.
The sieves, placed on two separated floors, are composed of an aluminum frame welded with a meshes fast change system that makes its replacement quick and easy.
Thanks to the adjustable slides placed at the bottom of the machine, in addition, it is possible to define the degree of fineness and cleanliness if the obtained semolina.
It carries out up to 4 separations, 2 type of Semolina and 2 discards.
Equipped with internal LED light to facilitate the visual control and adjustment of the suction
The movement is given by two moto-vibrators
