Ideal line for processing cereals and products that require, in addition to cleaning, also a conditioning process.
This line can be realized with capacities ranging from 150 to 800 Kg/h. Thanks to its predisposition to small customizations, is one of the most versatile and appreciated.

The grain is fed directly or by means of a loading screw into the hopper of the cleaner which removes impurities and dust. The grain is then sent to a grain damper which moistens the grain, which is then sent to a resting silo. An extraction screw picks up the grain from the silo and sends it to the Stone Mill, which, thanks to the Pneumatic Transport, keeps operating temperatures low and prevents dust formation in the environment, send it to the centrifugal sifter separating the cortical parts from the flour.
